+ Technical Issues: If the software is found to have technical issues or defects that significantly impair its functionality.
+ Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 1 day of the purchase date, and we will assess your request for a refund.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@vasoolbook.in within the specified timeframe. Provide your registered Mobile number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant information that helps us understand the reason for the refund request.
Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the information provided. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of raising the request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Certain situations may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
+ Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for simply changing your mind after the purchase.
+ Violation of Terms: Refunds will not be granted if there is evidence of a violation of our terms of service.
Upon a refund being processed, the license for the software will be deactivated.
