Thanks for using VasoolBook. VasoolBook is a service provided by Flendzz Technologies Pvt, Ltd. ("Flendzz Technologies Pvt. Ltd", "we" or "us" ), located at 3-B 3rd Floor, Sapna Trade Centre, Poonamallee High Rd, Egmore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600084 and is subject to the Flendzz Technologies Pvt. Ltd Terms of Service ("Flendzz Technologies Pvt. Ltd ToS"). VasoolBook is a "Service" as defined in the Flendzz Technologies Pvt. Ltd ToS, and these Terms of Service are additional terms which apply to the use of VasoolBook . Your use of VasoolBook (referred to as "Content") available through it is subject to VasoolBook Terms of Service and the Flendzz Technologies Pvt. Ltd ToS (which together we refer to as the "Terms"). Your use of the VasoolBook requires that you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not understand the Terms, or do not accept any part of them, then you should not use the VasoolBook . The following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are the terms of a legal agreement between you, on the one hand, and uson the other hand.
When creating an Account, you are required to provide us with your personal information, such as your name, business name, mobile number etc,.,. This information will be held and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may never use another user's Account without permission. You may not create more than one Account. You are prohibited from registering a new Account if you have previously had an Account terminated. You are responsible for (i) keeping confidential on any password that you created to use any aspect of the Services requiring registration, (ii) You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur within your Account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account. (iii) comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and foreign laws in using the Services.
We will take due care to ensure the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree and acknowledge that in the very unlikely event of your credentials becoming known to a third party on account of an intrusion into our database. Flendzz Technologies pvt. ltd. shall not be made liable for the resulting damages.
Our backup services are designed to facilitate restoration of Content to the server or device in the event if the primary data is lost or corrupted. We shall ensure recovery of lost or corrupted Content at free of cost.

You are subject to all laws of the state(s) and countries in which you reside and from which you access the Services and are solely responsible for obeying those laws. You agree that we cannot be held liable if laws applicable to you restrict or prohibit your participation. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or translated any software in the Content, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of such software, except to the extent expressly permitted under applicable law, without our prior written permission. You may not engage in systematic retrieval of Content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without our prior written permission. Unless expressly authorized by us, you may not use any robots, spiders, crawlers or other automated downloading programs, algorithms or devices, or any similar or equivalent manual process to: (i) continuously and automatically search, scrape, extract, deep link or index any Content; (ii) harvest personal information from the Site for purposes of sending unsolicited or unauthorized material; or (iii) cause disruption to the working of the Site or any other person's use of the Site. If the Site contains robot exclusion files or robot exclusion headers, you agree to honor them and not use any device, software or routine to bypass them. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site, any other systems or networks connected to the Site, or any of the products or services provided on, accessed from or distributed through the Site. You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to the Site or breach the security or authentication measures on the Site or any network connected to the Site.
